Credie Trust Index

Credie Trust Index (CTI)

The Credie Trust Index (CTI) is a dynamic score ranging from 0 to 1000, designed to quantify borrower reliability in a decentralized, KYC-free system.

🧬 How CTI Is Calculated

CTI is recalculated after every interaction using a weighted formula:

      (W₁ * Repayment History) +
(W₂ * Wallet Activity Score) +
(W₃ * Social Graph Impact) +
      (W₄ * Device & Behavior Trust) +
      (W₅ * Referral Tree Stability)
  • W₁ to W₅ are weighted based on behavioral volatility and cohort averages.

📊 CTI Factors Explained

Factor
Description

Repayment History

On-time repayments, partials, defaults

Wallet Activity Score

Number of real txns, gas spent, consistent usage patterns

Social Graph Impact

Referral impact and indirect default rate

Device & Behavior Trust

Consistency of access, fraud signals, device match rates

Referral Tree Stability

How many of your invitees repay reliably

📈 CTI Progression

  • 0–200: Ineligible to borrow

  • 200–500: Micro-loans available

  • 500–750: Normal borrowing tier

  • 750–900: Eligible for flexible terms

  • 900+: Flagged for governance, delegation roles, and rewards

📉 CTI Penalties

  • Early repayments boost CTI

  • Missed repayments reduce CTI exponentially

  • Referral defaults also impact your CTI
